I was hesitant about the home-buying process at first. With the cost of housing on the rise, I did not think it would be possible to purchase a home on my own as a single mother of one. She was extremely patient with me and helped me narrow down my must-haves, mortgage price range, and find a well-built home that was affordable and structurally sound. She took her time to explain the process and broke it down into easy to understand terminology. Ursula listened to and considered all of my wants, needs, and asks. She made it her top priority to treat me like family and paid special attention to detail when viewing the homes I picked, working with her network to evaluate location, build quality, estimates, mortgage options, etc. I picked a few homes that I thought were good finds, but they turned out to be fixer-uppers, and many that claimed to be renovated proved to be substandard. Ursula then took the reins and found the perfect home (AKA my new Mini Mansion). On top of that, she secured over $100k in DPA to help with purchasing the home, which brought my mortgage down to the rental price of my previous apartment. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Ursula. Not only did she find my perfect first home, but she also blessed my daughter and me with a foundation to grow and flourish—a space to call our own! One of the best in her field, always had the answers to all my question and if not she found out quickly. Communication is always quick to reply or return my calls. Can not say enough about her professionalism and support. I had the best experience for such a big change!
