Danny Ocasio is one of those realtors that will take the time to explain every step, knew my market and was completely professional through it all! I presented Danny with a challenge of listing my home with an assumable loan. He understood exactly what I wanted to do and ran with it. When I inquired other realtors with that scenario, I was met with comments like; it can't be done, never heard of that, or I've never done that before, explain the process.
