I presented Danny with a challenge of listing my home with an assumable loan. He understood exactly what I wanted to do and ran with it. When I inquired other realtors with that scenario, I was met with comments like; it can't be done, never heard of that, or I've never done that before, explain the process. From the beginning, Danny knew what needed to be done and how to list my house the way I presented it to him.
