These days, it seems like everyone is in real estate. So, you need to be careful because not all have the experience, knowledge of your market, or the ability to deliver customer service. Some do! Danny Ocasio is one of those realtors that will take the time to explain every step, knew my market and was completely professional through it all! I presented Danny with a challenge of listing my home with an assumable loan. He understood exactly what I wanted to do and ran with it. When I inquired other realtors with that scenario, I was met with comments like; it can't be done, never heard of that, or I've never done that before, explain the process. From the beginning, Danny knew what needed to be done and how to list my house the way I presented it to him. We ended up not getting any offers to accept the assumable loan option, however, through Danny's experience listed the house and got a full price offer.
