I shared with a friend my disappointment with a realtor I contacted when first starting my search to purchase a condo. Her reaction seemed over the top when I told her I had not heard back from that realtor in almost a week. Horrified, she told me I should call her realtor, Debra Banks Waz. Once I began working with Debra, I understood why my friend reacted as she did. Debra usually answers every text or call within minutes -if not seconds, and will reach out to many of her qualified sources, if necessary, to obtain information for her clients. The service she provides is beyond anything I've experienced in the past. I highly recommend her.

We handed Debra a challenge and she handled it very well. This isn't an easy time to sell a condominium. She pursued every option available and was able to find the perfect buyer. She always responded quickly and is very professional. We appreciate her hard work and diligence.

Working with Debby Waz an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth. She continuously worked advertising our home even during holiday weekends! We highly recommend working with Debby to buy or sell your home!

When my fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home Debra was recommended to us. She made this process amazing for both of us! She was very communicative with us and gave us multiple options that fit our wants and budget. With her help we found the perfect house that met all of needs. Debra was with us for every step of the process to help guide us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! Truly a great experience with Debra!

I just want to begin by saying if you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell your home, look no further, Debbie is the one you are looking for. I have been buying and selling homes in many different states for over 30 years. I must say that out of all the realtors I have dealt with she far outshines them all. From the very first meeting with her until the end she was always very nice and pleasant to work with. Whenever I had a question and texted or called her she responded immediately, no matter when. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes you feel that you are not just a client but a friend that's looking out for your best interest. Again I highly recommend her you won't be disappointed.
