Emi responded to our request seeking a realtor in the Tampa Bay Area through Realtor.com. We had been preparing the house for 2 years to put on the market. Eternamente agradecida con Yainys y todo su equipo, logramos hacer un doble closing con muchos contratiempos pero con un final feliz. Esta fue mi primera vez vendiendo casa y la segunda vez que compro. Literal, sin la ayuda de Yainys hubiera sido imposible, todo el tiempo estuvo haciendo negociaciones para hacer coincider ambos cierres el mismo dia. Eso me ayudo a mantener el mismo tipo de prestamo FHA, a pesar de ser mi segunda compra y a de una vez mudarme el mismo dia a la nueva casa...solo tengo dos palabras...Impresionante y agradecida!!!!!.
