We cannot recommend Susan highly enough—she is truly the best in the business. She has helped us sell two homes and purchase two homes, and every experience has been exceptional. Her market knowledge is outstanding. Each home she has listed for us was under contract far quicker than expected and for top dollar based on accurate comps and thoughtful pricing strategies. She consistently provided honest feedback and expert guidance, ensuring our homes stood out in competitive markets. Her advice on purchasing properties has also been invaluable; every home we’ve bought with her has increased in value, and she has guided us on smart improvements to further enhance that value. Her marketing is second to none. From professional staging to incredible photography, she showcased each home beautifully and generated strong interest and numerous showings. Communication is where she truly shines. She went above and beyond in keeping us informed and advocating for us, while also communicating seamlessly with buyers, sellers, and other agents. We always felt confident, supported, and well-represented. She is the utmost professional—honest, hardworking, and operating with complete integrity. Her industry connections made every repair and transaction smooth, and her negotiation skills consistently secured us the best possible deals. Our lives have been positively and permanently impacted by her guidance, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise and care.

Aaron was very thorough in explaining every step so we were as comfortable as possible. He presented all options to allow us to select what was best for our family. Even with a super fast closing he managed to keep us sane!

We have gone through purchasing a home 4 times now (in the last 7years) and our experience with Liz has been the absolute smoothest one. She not only understood us but also catered our needs and timeline. She truly had our best interest in the negotiation process not just with the price but also in the terms/conditions. She carefully guided us when we needed it but also allowed us to be decisive as a couple in other aspects. Her communication skills were quick and clear. We felt the true dedication in her work and look forward to doing it again with Liz when the time comes.
