The Ward Team got right to work as soon as we had a phone conversation about considering leasing a house and leaving a rental community. They were sure they could find a brand-new villa for less than our current lease rate even with all the expenses added in (HOA, Insurance, Utilities, etc). They were 100% correct. After reading so much about how getting a property sold (particularly a condo), we were a little bit fearful about the process. From the 1st meeting, Nancy and Jim Ward really put us at ease.
