We had to sell my mother in law’s home that was located in Gibsonton while we live hours away. While this made things a little tricky what was worse is that my MIL passed away in the middle of the sell of the home :-( This was a really rough time for the family but the realtors kept us on track and tried to keep it as simple as possible.
