Paula Beckford-Harrilal was referred to my husband and I by another realtor who did not service the area in Florida we we looking to move to. We were making a move from New Jersey to Florida and this was a very stressful time for us . We had to sell our current home and purchase a home in Florida all at the same time. She was very familiar with the area that we were moving to and was able to tell us where to go for our everyday needs. I would work with Paula again and again if I were to move again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that I know who is in need of a realtor. I wish I could have used Paula to sell my NJ home as well, our experience just wasn’t the same. Donna Southers is wonderful to work with! She is very personable and very professional. She has a great knowledge of the market, which was extremely helpful as we were relocating from South Carolina to Florida. Donna was very communicative with texts, emails, and phone calls throughout the entire process. She was always available anytime we needed something which eliminated any stress we may have had being out of state. We highly recommend her!

Our house had been on the market for over a year - Zoki was our 4th agent and we were not altogether hopeful the experience would be anymore successful. Kelly and her husband, Zoki make a great complimentary team. From my perspective, Kelly does more behind the scene stuff and her fair share of the grunt work. She responds quickly to text messages. Kelly and Zoki goes over and beyond what I believe is in the description as realtors. I can’t sing their praise enough. They would be my go to realtors when I’m selling another home or property.

We acquired Kathy after we already knew what property we wanted to purchase. She was great providing her strong knowledge during the process. We were not slow in deciding anything and we closed very quickly. Kathy was most helpful answering our questions, assisting with anything that did not require our signature (scheduling survey, etc). We were definitely not the usual buyers so Kathy did not really get the chance to use all of her skills.
