Nancy was wonderful to work with through the process of selling my mother's home in Sun City Center FL. She kept me informed along the way and answered a million questions I had. Also not being from FL I wasn't aware of the 4 point inspection which she was able to help me to understand and to try to alleviate any of the issues before we were presented with an offer. This made the process much easier to get interest in the property and finally to close. Highly recommend her services.

Outstanding communicated with good knowledge of my needs

Brian kept me up to date daily until all of my interests were found to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the end result. Because of his knowledge Brian was able to walk me effortlessly and effectively through all of the steps needed to finding my new home. Very pleased with Lacy

Lacy was with me every step of the way even the questions that I had she was always quick to answer them or find a solution. She made this transaction so much easier for me. I would definitely recommend her to anybody. She's a woman of integrity and great patience. It felt like we were working with a long time friend.

We met Serena at an open house and appreciated how informative she was about the property and community. We decided to ask her to help us find the home we were searching for. Serena was such a huge help. When we asked about properties she would research and go to the property herself to view it to let us know her assessment which helped us decide whether to proceed viewing it ourselves. When we did make an offer on a house, she walked us through the process, communicating every step of the way. When we had questions, she was ALWAYS responsive and offered her expertise. You will want Serena as your Realtor! She's the best!

Best experience always did what was best for us not her

Pam is an amazing realtor, she helped us buy our first house, 2nd property and will sell our house as well. She always did right by us, never forced us into anything. Always had our best interest at heart. She was patient and extremely helpful in finding us what we wanted no matter how long it took!
