I was in real estate for 30 years in Virginia so I recognize excellent knowledge and outstanding service. Zoki and Kelly were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond what is expected or required in helping me move.

Zoki and Kelly are clearly experts on the housing market; they are particularly knowledgeable about Valencia Lakes. Their professionalism was evident from our first meeting all the way through closing. They were in constant communication throughout the entire process. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Our house had been on the market for over a year - Zoki was our 4th agent and we were not altogether hopeful the experience would be anymore successful. He set the price and told us if it didn’t sell within two weeks, we would reset. He did a great write up and the photos were gorgeous. The house was sold within two weeks. Paula Beckford-Harrilal was referred to my husband and I by another realtor who did not service the area in Florida we we looking to move to. We were making a move from New Jersey to Florida and this was a very stressful time for us . We had to sell our current home and purchase a home in Florida all at the same time. Paula was great from beginning to end. She asked the details of what we were looking for, and we literally found our dream home in our 1st trip down. Paula had someone for everything…programs to assist with selling our current home, homeowners insurance, lenders, you name it. She even provided us with the names of different contractors (electrical, painting, etc…) for after we moved in. During the process I was having a problem with my job sending me some information that we needed for closing. Paula provided me a letter to send to my job advising the importance of providing the information timely. She even gave us tips on what to expect with the selling of our current home in NJ as this was our 1st time selling a home. Any question we had Paula was able to answer. She was very familiar with the area that we were moving to and was able to tell us where to go for our everyday needs. I would work with Paula again and again if I were to move again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that I know who is in need of a realtor. I wish I could have used Paula to sell my NJ home as well, our experience just wasn’t the same. Paula really went the extra mile for us. I can’t thank her enough!

We acquired Kathy after we already knew what property we wanted to purchase. She was great providing her strong knowledge during the process. We were not slow in deciding anything and we closed very quickly. Kathy was most helpful answering our questions, assisting with anything that did not require our signature (scheduling survey, etc). We were definitely not the usual buyers so Kathy did not really get the chance to use all of her skills.

Tim was excellent to work with during our home purchase process. We looked at homes across a wide range of areas, and he was always willing to help us explore different options and neighborhoods without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was his responsiveness and availability. Many times, if we saw a home we were interested in, he was able to get us in to see it within the hour. In a competitive market, that level of responsiveness made a huge difference and helped us feel like we never missed opportunities. He was easy to communicate with, patient throughout the search, and provided helpful insight on the different areas and properties we considered. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Lori was outstanding and I could not have been happier with her service. She was an exceptional communicator, was thorough and listened to my desires for a new home. Lori took a great deal of time with me to ensure I understood the market and she watched for property listing(s) making recommendations that fit in the community desired and ensured understanding the HOA rules and any particular fees associated therewith.
