When I moved to Florida 30 years ago, I was lucky enough to find Dan Henzler as my realtor to buy my first Florida house. 30 years and 4 houses later, I have never wanted or needed anyone else to help me buy and sell my houses. Now with a full team working with him, the experience is somehow even better. This last sale was as close to a nightmare scenario as can be(through no fault of ours or the Henzler Team), but Dan and his team spent countless hours fixing all of the problems that our buyer and their agent created along the way. Now we are in our new house and couldn't be happier. Dan and Barb, and their entire team have become more than our Real Estate Agents, but I consider them to be our friends. I had a great overall experience working with this brokerage. My home was on the market from October, went under contract in January, and successfully closed in mid-March. While the process took some time, I appreciated the persistence in getting the deal done. Although there were ups and downs, my agent Julia really stepped up when it mattered most. When the buyer’s financing fell through, Julia was instrumental in helping secure a new option through a first-time homebuyer program, which ultimately kept the transaction moving forward. I also appreciated having the ability to advocate for myself during negotiations. It was a fair and balanced outcome. In the end, the sale was completed successfully, and I’m grateful for the effort that went into making that happen.

No really. I told Meshay all of the issues I was having purchasing a new home and she told me that she would help me get a new home just like all of the other Realtors. The difference is, she actually did. She listened to the things I wanted and over delivered. There was little to o stress during the underwriting process. She was professional, prompt and polite. She is honestly the best as I write this sitting in my new home office with a lake view!
