We worked with Sheila when purchasing our second home in FL to be near our daughter, right in the middle of COVID-2020. She was attentive to our needs and facilitated our purchase from an our home state far north. When we were ready to sell it, both she and her daughter Britt made it happen in record time. They thoroughly researched the market to help us price the house, and then negotiated the sale efficiently and professionally. They communicated with us regularly and gave us good advice about the presentation of our home. Given the number of homes in our neighborhood that are going up for sale, we were more than delighted to sell quickly. I highly recommend this team!

He was wonderful. Explained what we like and don't like in a house, quickly found us this great house. He has been a great friend of 15yrs, but a even better realtor. The communication between us, him and his team was excellent. The way he walked us through it all step be step and explained everything to us was just wonderful. If we had any questions he was always available and response time was on point. He really made us feel special. We explained what we were looking for and he immediately understood the assignment. He was able to match is up with the prefect house for us and my kids. There were some properties that looked nice that I thought would be be great, but when we got to the area he knew off the back the area was not a good fit for me and my family. His knowledgeable skills of the area and dedication to help us was beyond what we could ask for. His pure honesty with everything was greatly appreciated. Would recommend him to everyone i know.
