My husband, Gregg Calvert, is the broker of 27North Realty. I live and boat in MiraBay, and I specialize in waterfront homes, Florida relocation, luxury properties, new construction and resales across Tampa Bay's South Shore. Most agents can show you a house. My job is to help you understand what you're actually buying or selling: canal depth at low tide, bridge clearance for your boat, flood zones and insurance, seawalls, and CDD and HOA fees. I made the move to Florida myself, so I know a relocation is about a lot more than the house. I close more than 100 transactions a year, and more than half are waterfront. Stellar MLS ranked me the #1 agent in Apollo Beach by total sales volume (Jan 2025 to Aug 2026). Best realtor I could have asked for!

Shawna and her team made a difficult situation where I was acting as Power of Attorney for a friend an easy process instead of the nightmare I was dreading. They are knowledge and I felt they were trying to do right by me and my friend in both offering guidance on which (paltry) offers to reject and which to accept. There were a couple rough spots but Shawna and Greg were able to get us smoothly through them and we closed quickly with a minimum of delay. Greg went so far as to personally go to the house and FIX A PROBLEM found in the inspection so that I didn't have to travel from outside of Florida to take care of this minor issue. I could not have been more pleased with their service and attention to detail. If you are in the market for a realtor - and if I'm ever in the market for a realtor in the Tampa area - Shawna Calvert is who to call!
