Shawna and her team made a difficult situation where I was acting as Power of Attorney for a friend an easy process instead of the nightmare I was dreading. They are knowledge and I felt they were trying to do right by me and my friend in both offering guidance on which (paltry) offers to reject and which to accept. There were a couple rough spots but Shawna and Greg were able to get us smoothly through them and we closed quickly with a minimum of delay. Greg went so far as to personally go to the house and FIX A PROBLEM found in the inspection so that I didn't have to travel from outside of Florida to take care of this minor issue. I could not have been more pleased with their service and attention to detail. If you are in the market for a realtor - and if I'm ever in the market for a realtor in the Tampa area - Shawna Calvert is who to call!

Shawna, and Gregg, are definitely the best agents, one could get in our area. They have a very strong knowledge of the market, and they were very involved at every step of the way, up to the final sale of our home. We highly recommend them.

If you are looking for the best realtor you don’t need to look any farther! We have purchased 2 homes with her and sold one. If you are in the market to buy or sell your home, Shawna Calvert and her team are excellent! Her knowledge of the Apollo Beach market is extensive—more than any other agents that we dealt with or interviewed. She works hard to meet the needs of both parties.
