The sale was for my cousin, who is in long term care, with me having Power of Attorney. I live in Seminole, and the house is located in Sun City Center. The house needed repairs and a cleanout. Cathy made arrangements for what had to be done and things started to work out very smoothly. I was able to limit my travel to the weekly routine visit to check on the house. Cathy informed me if someone made an offer, we discussed it, and I turned down a few. Paperwork was easy online and prompt. I could not have asked for more convenience. When a buyer was found, the title process went through easily with no holdups, due to Cathy's excellent communication skills with the agents.
