I was fortunate to have made contact with Barbara before I came to look for housing in Florida. Barbara sent me notices of properties as they became available within my price range and preferred location(s). When I came to look for properties, Barbara picked me up at my daughter's home and had 4 listings. One was very interesting and she helped me make an offer. When the offer was accepted, she was very helpful in terms of what steps I needed to take in order to close. She has also been helpful in terms of suggesting ways to get to know my new community.

Sharon knows the real-estate market in this area better than any agent I have used in the past. As an out of state buyer, she kept me up to date about houses available on a daily basis. With Sharon, there were never any dumb questions from me. After I told her the home I was looking for, she delivered 100%. As I write this, I am sitting in my new Florida oasis thanks to Sharon.

I met - Shawna Calvert about a year ago. A person wanted to lease my home in Mirabay. Shawna is a very nice person that we immediately sympathize with. She is busy as a bee but always ready to help. Her husband is also an amiable and helpful person. I looked for a 1031 Exchange property, and Shawna was tremendously beneficial. I was in California buying a nearby home in Apollo Beach. The small 4-bedroom home is beautiful and in an excellent location. She helped me make the offer when the time left to close on the 1031 exchange was only a few days left. We purchased the property at 9739 Lemon Drop Loop, Ruskin, FL, 33573. The house was built by Lennar, who has excellent services to fix things that were missed or wrongly placed. All went very fast and smoothly. Thank you for Shawna's help. When I came back to Florida and just a few days before the closing, I visited the home. Trude was patient throughout our months'-long search for just the right house.
