She made sure mom understood everything that she was doing, was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and how the sale went. She went over everything with us and explained the whys and the what’s involved with selling. Jessica was very kind and compassionate, she made sure we knew about every showing, how the inspection process would go and covered every detail on our contract. She went over all the comments on each showing and told us how we could improve for the next one. She worked with us every step of the way.
