Serena shared her knowledge of the area and the nearby homes when we met her at one of her open houses. She answered all the questions we had that our other realtor did not answer. She also explained how the HOA’s work in this area and gave us what were the pro’s and con’s of each. She took the time to research properties we were interested in and would also go look at them and give us her opinion. This saved us a lot of time since me and my wife work full time. We would meet on the weekends to tour homes and discuss our options. And when we decided on our new home, she was there for every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough.
