Serena Johnson was an excellent choice! She knows her stuff and is an effective, competent communicator. She understood my needs and expediently processed the sale of my home. Serena's knowledge made it possible to handle most of the paperwork online. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She made this sale fairly stress free. She diligently protected our interest and communicated frequently and in-person if I requested. She was always on time. Professional, Personable and Expedient. We all appreciated her kindness.

Always a great partnership with Serena. Professional and an expert in real estate. We have used twice and highly recommend.

Very responsive realtor with market knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend her. She goes above and beyond. So happy that we used her as our realtor.

My experience selling my home with Serena Johnson was wonderful. She provided great market analysis, strategies, negotiation and communication skills that enabled to me sell my home in 18 days. She was also kind, patient, and considerate while guiding me through the selling process.

Serena genuinely cares about her clients. Relocating to FL from another state was daunting, and it is difficult to find trustworthy people. Serena is extremely trustworthy and was always responsive to our questions. We fully recommend Serena.

Serena was an excellent communicator and always available for questions or a quick chat very knowledgeable about the real estate market and will use her again in the future when we sell our home

She is patient, polite, and a professional in every way. I've never heard anyone say anything but good, nice, and polite comments about her. It was my pleasure working with her to sell my sister's property in Florida.

Serena is the realtor every seller hopes for! Text her a question and she responds within minutes. She's right on with the listing price of your home because of her extensive market research. She never once suggested we lower our asking price despite it being a buyer's market. The result being, a selling price slightly above asking. It's obvious that Serena is highly respected by her fellow real estate professionals and equally by us.

We met Serena at an open house and appreciated how informative she was about the property and community. We decided to ask her to help us find the home we were searching for. Serena was such a huge help. When we asked about properties she would research and go to the property herself to view it to let us know her assessment which helped us decide whether to proceed viewing it ourselves. When we did make an offer on a house, she walked us through the process, communicating every step of the way. When we had questions, she was ALWAYS responsive and offered her expertise. You will want Serena as your Realtor! She's the best!

Serena shared her knowledge of the area and the nearby homes when we met her at one of her open houses. She answered all the questions we had that our other realtor did not answer. She also explained how the HOA’s work in this area and gave us what were the pro’s and con’s of each. She took the time to research properties we were interested in and would also go look at them and give us her opinion. This saved us a lot of time since me and my wife work full time. We would meet on the weekends to tour homes and discuss our options. And when we decided on our new home, she was there for every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough.
