Serena shared her knowledge of the area and the nearby homes when we met her at one of her open houses. She answered all the questions we had that our other realtor did not answer. She took the time to research properties we were interested in and would also go look at them and give us her opinion. This saved us a lot of time since me and my wife work full time.
