Heidi was a Mama Bear. She worked while she was sick with the flu and later with laryngitis. She personally called and emailed vendors to get status on repairs needed for my property even though it was the sellers agent who should be doing that. She answered all my numerous questions regarding my property and my responsibility to an HOA with patience and respect. I knew she had my best interests at heart.
