She spent tremendous amount of time with her search as well as presenting them to us over and over until one day her search and our needs sync up. She was persistence. And I was impressed. We were further impressed by the fact that she kept us safe away from flood prone areas. She would informed us. She gave us a lot of options and advise us to see everything before making our decision. That was very good and kind. Heidi was a Mama Bear. She worked while she was sick with the flu and later with laryngitis. She personally called and emailed vendors to get status on repairs needed for my property even though it was the sellers agent who should be doing that. She answered all my numerous questions regarding my property and my responsibility to an HOA with patience and respect. I knew she had my best interests at heart.
