Kathy was always available when I had a question and responded in timely matter. Easy to talk with and very professional but in a matter that made me fell at ease. Her marketing skills with her photographs were outstanding. The sell went very well, not the amount I was hoping for but in line with the market.

Kathy is very familiar with Kings Point and is able to point out the included amenities to prospective buyers. Kathy was very easy to work with. My home was excellently photographed and advertised in multiple publications.

We acquired Kathy after we already knew what property we wanted to purchase. She was great providing her strong knowledge during the process. We were not slow in deciding anything and we closed very quickly. Kathy was most helpful answering our questions, assisting with anything that did not require our signature (scheduling survey, etc). We were definitely not the usual buyers so Kathy did not really get the chance to use all of her skills.

Kathy always answered my questions and is very knowledgeable about the current market. I haven't purchased a home in 16 years so I was a spazz!
