Lori recently assisted us in selling our rental property. The lease period was approaching its expiration date and Lori provided recommendations to the tenants for a new rental unit. Don't know many agents that would do this. Being an out of town rental property owner Lori provided us assistance that an owner would not usually receive from an agent. She scheduled the painting service for us, arranged for cleaning and she even pulled weeds and replaced light bulbs. How many agents do you know would go this far to help you?
