At our first meeting she walked us through the process, and clearly explained what to expect along the way. She was willing to work with us on our timeline when we had scheduling conflicts. Whitney was able to provide solutions to any issues that arose (including getting a pressure washer in less than 24 hours notice on a holiday). She provided excellent communication by keeping us informed of every step along the way. We can’t say enough good things about her and would highly recommend!

Very nice and work so hardl They took care of us. When we arrived at their office, someone came out and greet us, asked if we need anything. I began looking for housing in late May/early June. Having been referred to Britt and Sheila by a former client, I was given an initial list of 25 homes on a Tuesday based on my search criteria and I requested to view 4 of them. They had them setup for viewings on Thursday. The morning of the viewings, they suggested 2 additional properties I should consider, one of which is now my new home. I opted in to the suggested viewings, and when I walked through the doors of this property I immediately knew I wanted to make an offer. Within 48hrs I had an accepted offer and proposed closing date. After that they worked with me every step of the way to assist in obtaining a loan, gathering inspections and basically guiding me through my first time home buying experience. They were phenomenal! They had excellent and timely communication, balanced advice when asked and are truly consummate professionals. On closing day they greeted me with some beautiful new houseplants and a lovely personalized card expressing their happiness for my new dream home. They have also made themselves available after the sale to help get questions answered about the home I didn’t know to ask until I moved in.
