THE BEST!! I worked with Whitney for The sale of my home and purchase of another home. Her attention to detail, knowledge of her craft, and ability to educate allows her to go above and beyond in ways you don’t even realize you need. She remains calm and realistic in stressful situations (I.e. the whole process), holds participating parties accountable, and thoroughly communicates. I would never go to anyone else.

My wife and I decided to move from Brandon to Lakeland to be closer to our family. This decision started the journey of both buying a new home and selling our old home. From the beginning, Whitney was ALWAYS THERE for my Wife and I. There were no questions unanswered and everything she said she would do, she would do. Immediately Whitney felt like family and we trusted and still trust her emphatically. I am a very anxious person and going through the emotional roller coaster of buying a new house and selling an old house was making me even more anxious. Whitney kept us calm for the entire journey. Her clients have her best interest at heart, there is no doubt. The entire process of buying a new house, moving, and selling an old house only took 5 months. However, our old house was only on the market for about 10 or 11 weeks, and we were very happy with this sale, even in this market! I could write pages of how great Whtiney is as a realtor and friend. I will sum up Whitney's dedication to her clients in saying this. No other Realtor could have made this as smooth of a process as Whitney and for that we are forever grateful.

Whitney did a fantastic job with the sale of our home! She was able to get our home under contract faster than any other home in our neighborhood, despite tough competition. At our first meeting she walked us through the process, and clearly explained what to expect along the way. She was willing to work with us on our timeline when we had scheduling conflicts. Whitney was able to provide solutions to any issues that arose (including getting a pressure washer in less than 24 hours notice on a holiday). She provided excellent communication by keeping us informed of every step along the way. We can’t say enough good things about her and would highly recommend!
