When Karyn is not serving the Greater Brandon/Valrico market, she spends time cycling with her husband through Tampa, gardening, or exploring her inner creative by making jewelry and crafting. Karyn stays active in the community’s charitable efforts and enjoys giving back to organizations like ECHO and Seeds of Hope to support families in need and to animal welfare organizations such as Raining Cats and Dogs Shelter and Sanctuary. Karyn is continuously broadening her industry knowledge. She holds designations for GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute-National Association of Realtors); RSPS (Resort and Second HOme Property Specialists); PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and YACA (Yellowfin Academy for Career Advancement). Prior to 6 years ago when she entered real estate, she was the corporate administrator for Yellowfin’s sixty-five agents. Karyn is the best!

Karyn is nearly always available for us when you call her. Our house was a unique property, and she helped us sell it quickly! She went out of her way to do research for us before and after the purchase of our new house. We did a door to door close, which is a very stressful experience, but she made it easy as pie. My first home buying experience.

If you are ever looking for a realtor, Ms Karyn is absolutely who you want on your team. As a young and first time homebuyer, this process was very new to me. Ms Karyn was so great about explaining this process throughly and made me feel as though no question was a dumb question.
