Liss is a remarkable Real Estate Agent and mortgage originator. I was in a bit of a crisis, trying to find a home to move into and settle down. She met the challenge by taking me to homes that met my needs and helped me through the process of getting a mortgage. I worked for the Army overseas and have not bought a home in 30 years. She made the whole process seem easy with her persistence and positive energy. She’s a pretty amazing woman, and I’ve never met such a hard worker such as Liss.
We have two properties in The Villages that we bought through Tina. We met her almost 2 years ago at our first open house in The Villages. We felt like we already knew her! Warm, genuine, great sense of humor. (I teased her straight away by calling her "Tina from the block" and picking on her accent. She laughed and picked on me right back.) She patiently took us to see many houses. Many! We were very particular. One day she called us and said, "I think I found it!" She had. And how! She showed us exactly what we wanted! The second time around, we were looking for a patio villa close to us for our parents. We looked at three or four before we found one. The selling agent was awful. Insulting even. Tina said not to worry and found us a better unit at the same price that afternoon. The folks are now all moved in and loving it. Tina went above and beyond for us. No matter when we called, she answered. She knows her stuff about The Villages market and explained it all to us. Listen: She got us two great deals. She walked us through everything in The Villages offices and explained everything to us. What this is. How this works. What you should care about. What not to worry about. She's become like family. We call her Cousin Tina, our family real estate agent. If you want an agent to work with who talks to you like a person and gets the job done, call Tina. Careful! Kim expertly handled a challenging situation (selling a property in Florida from out of state). Extremely high level of communication regardless of time of day or day of the week and given that we were not in state, handled a lot of the extra work that comes with fine tuning a house to get it ready for sale. Would highly recommend and won’t work with anyone else if buying / selling in Florida again.

As a former realtor for Re/MAX I had been very disappointed in the other realtors I have used since then - both as a buyer and seller. This is not true with Dave - he exceeded all of the expectations my husband and I had. He sold our house in 5 days after it had previously been listed with another MLS agent for several months. He totally handled our home inspection to do list and we did not have to find plumbers, painters, etc... and we paid a very very reasonable price for the minor work that was done. We could not have been happier with Dave throughout the process.
