This is not true with Dave - he exceeded all of the expectations my husband and I had. He sold our house in 5 days after it had previously been listed with another MLS agent for several months. He totally handled our home inspection to do list and we did not have to find plumbers, painters, etc... and we paid a very very reasonable price for the minor work that was done.
