Dave is very knowledgeable on the area, the homes available and their floor plans, and things to look for and to look out for. I contacted Jill via recommendation from a friend who purchased their house thru Jill. I conveyed to Jill the type of house and general location that I was most interested in. For several months while living out of state preparing for my move Jill set up communication thru Onehome. This webportal gave Jill the means to email me daily homes for sale meeting my specifications as to what I was looking for. I found a number of properties of interest, one of which I placed an offer on the first outing with Jill when she took me to 8 of the houses that I conveyed an interest in.
