Kristi went above and beyond for us! Unfortunately we had some problems with our lender. She made sure our lender fixed their mistakes and they ended up paying 6 months of our HOA fees. We first came across Tom and Shirley via their YouTube channel, which cast them as the go-to agents for Clermont and surrounding areas. As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome. As we canvassed one end of Lake County to the other in our search, Tom and Shirley were always there for us with experienced guidance, elite knowlege, and heartfelt concern. Although we succeeded in finding the ideal home, we encountered some challenges (not of our making) in closing on the property. Our house was not the easiest to sell for reasons out of ours or Joe's control. Joe persevered with open houses. In the meantime, he helped us put a contract on a house we wanted to move to also.
