I have known Jearri for 12 years and consider her a friend. She has helped me find 3 homes. She has also been the go-to person for several of my family members. With the most recent sale/purchase, Jearri put out all the last minute fires to ensure I closed on time. She made an overwhelming time significantly less stressful. I just want to let anyone who is looking for a FAST SALE TURN AROUND know about Amanda Harrison! We had a weird situation in that we had already moved- not only out of state- but also Country!! We had rented out the house for a year, and when our renter moved the house was empty of everything Except ongoing HOA fees, utilities, etc., etc. I turned to the internet and found Amanda and I am So glad I did!! She went above and beyond. First- she did not scalp us with high commision fees- something we found with other Realtors. Second, she Advertised EVERYWHERE- not just the big names. She did the drones, videos, pics, etc. Here comes the Great part- She sold our house- in this stale real estate market in just TWO WEEKS!!! We had great communication throughout AND FEEDBACK- without us having to call her to get info. That was wonderful for us. We were anxious being so far away, but she made it EASY!! We closed from our new country, so we were saved the expense of flying home, and the hassle of the trip. Seriously- you CANNOT do better than to hire Amand Harrison!!
