We were looking for houses on the pre-owned market with Casey and kept running into issues with it either being too old, outdated, major fixes to the A/C or roof, flooring, etc. We weren’t even thinking about buying brand new. Casey must have had a hunch because he brought us over to a brand new community in wildwood (perfect location for my business). While talking to the sales agent at the community they mentioned that a couples financing fell through on the home, we came in checked the home out and fell in love with it. We had a deposit on the home the same day and moved into the house on March 31st. If it wasn’t for his thinking outside the box we would not be in a home right now. I thank casey so much for what he did for us on the sale of the home. I highly recommend Casey Dyer with Black Tie Real Estate. He did an amazing job helping us buy a house!!!!

Casey Dyer is a firefighter/paramedic for The Villages Fire Department, and his work ethic from being a firefighter certainly carried over to his real estate work. We called him to see at least 30 houses until we found the perfect house! He didn’t hesitate once to show us a house and did so as soon as possible(usually within the same day or at the latest the next morning). He answered any and all questions we had, and never seemed bothered by, i’m sure, our simple and redundant questions. I will absolutely be using Casey for any future home purchase.

Alex exceeded all expectations and provided such exceptional customer service that I felt I must share my experience. I had been thrust into a position of being a POA which entailed selling a property in Florida that I had never seen and due to the pandemic, could not travel to from New York. So, Alex was my eyes and ears and I had to rely entirely on his advice, description of the property, marketing efforts and communication. I was in a vulnerable position and felt extremely fortunate to have found a person who was so honest, forthright, energetic and who kept me constantly informed of showings, feedback, and market conditions. This property was comparatively low priced, so I was impressed with the efforts he put forth in marketing the property and the service he provided to me. I had retired from working at a federal lending organization and had over 30 years’ experience in working with agents while marketing our inventory property. So, without reservation I can say that Alex Scopino is one of the best agents I have come across... ever! I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.
