We were looking for houses on the pre-owned market with Casey and kept running into issues with it either being too old, outdated, major fixes to the A/C or roof, flooring, etc. We weren’t even thinking about buying brand new. Casey Dyer is a firefighter/paramedic for The Villages Fire Department, and his work ethic from being a firefighter certainly carried over to his real estate work. We called him to see at least 30 houses until we found the perfect house! He didn’t hesitate once to show us a house and did so as soon as possible(usually within the same day or at the latest the next morning).
