We were looking for houses on the pre-owned market with Casey and kept running into issues with it either being too old, outdated, major fixes to the A/C or roof, flooring, etc. We weren’t even thinking about buying brand new. Casey must have had a hunch because he brought us over to a brand new community in wildwood (perfect location for my business). While talking to the sales agent at the community they mentioned that a couples financing fell through on the home, we came in checked the home out and fell in love with it. We had a deposit on the home the same day and moved into the house on March 31st. If it wasn’t for his thinking outside the box we would not be in a home right now. Casey Dyer is a firefighter/paramedic for The Villages Fire Department, and his work ethic from being a firefighter certainly carried over to his real estate work. We called him to see at least 30 houses until we found the perfect house! He didn’t hesitate once to show us a house and did so as soon as possible(usually within the same day or at the latest the next morning). He answered any and all questions we had, and never seemed bothered by, i’m sure, our simple and redundant questions. I will absolutely be using Casey for any future home purchase.
