Jami was 1000% professional from day 1! Communication was clear in what we needed to do to cleanup the property and home for best results! She was available for questions a and made us feel comfortable when asking. She was networking the home before it was listed on the MLS! She is genuine and adopts you in as family when working with you! Home selling can be emotionally taxing but she helped us considerably with the process! The home was sold before the marketing papers and pamphlets arrived. She's number one for a reason!

I had been shopping for a home since July 25, I was unsure how to find an "experienced" agent, so I just contacted agents through Zillow, and met agents who clearly had no experience, and one which I had a terrible experience with, until I decided to search for agents on my own, when I found Mayra, right away I knew, she knew what she was doing, she exceed every expectation I could have had, there is not enough room here to detail all that she did, but I am confident I would not have my home now but for how she handled it from the beginning to the end. At the beginning, I wanted to make an offer on a Thursday, when the sellers had a open house that weekend, she made our offer contingent on their acceptance on Friday, so an open house would not risk my offer. It worked! I am confident, I may not have had my offer accepted otherwise. At the end, while the seller was trying to order a part required for repair which would delay our closing, she actually went out shopping for it locally, found it, purchased it, delivered it to the seller within 2 hours, and we closed on time! That was above and beyond the call of duty. She was on top of every single detail, and made it a stress free process for me and helped me achieve a 30 year goal for home ownership and I can't be more thankful!
