Coop is very knowledgeable. He assisted us with getting items repaired in the house before closing. He had the inspector recheck and make sure all repairs were properly made. He went the extra mile and obtained an awesome whole home warranty from the seller for us. Coop took care of everything! I lived out of state. He put out some trash and even got boxes of stuff donated for me. I was only able to make a couple of trips to the property. He went way above and beyond. He even lined up some contractors for me and met them at the property. The paperwork was super smooth. He had me 3 offers at the first open house and we closed in no time! He was very professional and super attentive! He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Sometimes you get lucky. We scheduled a four day trip to try to learn the Villages and purchase a house. Browsed some houses on Zillow and did a search for a realtor in the area prior to the trip.
