He went the extra mile and obtained an awesome whole home warranty from the seller for us. Coop took care of everything! I lived out of state. He put out some trash and even got boxes of stuff donated for me. I was only able to make a couple of trips to the property. Sometimes you get lucky. We scheduled a four day trip to try to learn the Villages and purchase a house. Browsed some houses on Zillow and did a search for a realtor in the area prior to the trip. House sold first day it was officially available for showing. His attention to detail was outstanding for the work that had to be done before closing. He had to lean hard on the buyer's mortgage provider in order to effect closing in a timely manner. We really appreciated this because we were now in assisted living.
