He went way above and beyond. He even lined up some contractors for me and met them at the property. The paperwork was super smooth. House sold first day it was officially available for showing. His attention to detail was outstanding for the work that had to be done before closing. He had to lean hard on the buyer's mortgage provider in order to effect closing in a timely manner. We really appreciated this because we were now in assisted living.
