My mom bought a house in Florida, while we were both here in Michigan. Matt and his team helped so much with everything. My mom is not great with technology, so emails and papers were going to both of us, and if I didn’t understand something while helping my mom, he helped me. With their help, we got everything done quickly and painlessly.

From the first walkthrough to closing, I simply put it all in the professional and capable hands of team Freda. I put all of my trust in them and the next thing I knew I was signing a contract fully satisfied. The process of all inclusive to get my house ready for an easy sell was my favorite part. They suggested a pre inspection, which of course I did, and we went through the issues and they had people lined up to address it all. From pool deck to ceilings to painting and a full yard clean out and a team to clean the house after we moved out, it was absolutely seamless. They ran open houses and the social media and pictures were second to none. I was able to rest easy knowing they had it all under control. They were always available for any text or call for any issues or questions I may have had. When the contract came in, after only 33 days on market, and a universal set back of the US going to war, which made the markets and rates change, I had no worries. Inspection was a breeze because we did what was needed and we got to close. Following their ideas made the process as smooth as silk. Closing went to perfection. They literally are an all inclusive, comprehensive and definitely a full service team. They have done this so well and for so long making them consistantly calm and making things look so easy. I highly recommend Matt and Jenn for your real estate needs and to listen to them and do what they say. ( but only if you want a smooth and easy fast sell) 100/10!!! Also I want to acknowledge the professional support and hard work dedication they have shown through out their arrangements of their professional presentation and showing us what other home are worth and what to expect for our own home,and when we have did a pre-inspection of our home which was not move in ready they had all the answers and also the proper contacts to help resolve all our our home needs to get it on it's present state of move in ready so it made our headache free.

I can seriously say that i could depend on Matt to provide professional wisdom and bring that to the table. He has a great personality and was always willing to help us find the right house. Offered his insight on the homes we viewed as well as his professionalism. He was able to negotiate what we needed. Also, helped us understand many things that we needed to understand in the process and guided us through with our broker.
