He listens, cares and communicates. Scott listed our home with details we didn't think of. His creativity represents his knowledge of what potential buyers are seeking. He demonstrated compassion with a market (so soft) when we saw other listings being pulled of market, he kept us levelheaded, on course of what we wanted to archive. Kept us informed on all inquiries 24/7 (even when he was on a cruise).

Purchasing a home is overwhelming and daunting. We received an offer on our current home the first weekend Scott had it listed. Our search for our new home intensified and Scott diligently lined up five homes for us to see on the next Monday. We were so impressed with the scheduling links Scott sent with information on the homes we would view, location, date and time etc. It Took all of the worry away. When you look at a potential home to purchase you need to look without outside influence, yet you need your realtor's guidance. Scott handled it perfectly. He allowed us space to look privately at the things we especially needed to examine, and he never was in the way. We took notes mentally and in a notebook and went from one home to the next. The third house was the one! But we continued on to the next two. When we were done, Scott recommded we go sit and talk about what we saw. He let us re-examine the pros and cons of each home. And it was clear we wanted the third home. Scott helped us negotiate a fair price and many unique details for us to close. It was seemless. He handled all of the inspections, closing details, and the barrage of questions we had along the way. We were able to close simultaneously with the sale of our home! That was amazing. We cannot say enough about Scott and his professionalism, kindness and expertise.

Selling a home is not only very personal but extremely emotional. Scott was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable from our very first meeting. It was a huge undertaking to get our home ready to list. Scott’s input and guidance was invaluable. We followed all of Scott’s suggestions and we were ready for his professional videographer to take photos and videos so we could list it. These photos really captured our home’s value. He helped us price our home perfectly. We entered into contract the first weekend it was on the market! We closed as scheduled. Highly recommend Scott Pettengill.
