Purchasing a home is overwhelming and daunting. We received an offer on our current home the first weekend Scott had it listed. Our search for our new home intensified and Scott diligently lined up five homes for us to see on the next Monday. We were so impressed with the scheduling links Scott sent with information on the homes we would view, location, date and time etc. It Took all of the worry away. When you look at a potential home to purchase you need to look without outside influence, yet you need your realtor's guidance. Scott handled it perfectly. He allowed us space to look privately at the things we especially needed to examine, and he never was in the way. We took notes mentally and in a notebook and went from one home to the next. The third house was the one! But we continued on to the next two. When we were done, Scott recommded we go sit and talk about what we saw. He let us re-examine the pros and cons of each home. And it was clear we wanted the third home. Scott helped us negotiate a fair price and many unique details for us to close. It was seemless. He handled all of the inspections, closing details, and the barrage of questions we had along the way. We were able to close simultaneously with the sale of our home! That was amazing.
