He demonstrated compassion with a market (so soft) when we saw other listings being pulled of market, he kept us levelheaded, on course of what we wanted to archive. Kept us informed on all inquiries 24/7 (even when he was on a cruise).

It was a huge undertaking to get our home ready to list. Scott’s input and guidance was invaluable. We followed all of Scott’s suggestions and we were ready for his professional videographer to take photos and videos so we could list it. These photos really captured our home’s value.
