When we first contacted Axel, one of my first conversations with him was “I don’t have $20,000 just saved up for a down payment, does that mean I’ll never be able to buy a house?” Axel helped us, a couple in their 20s with a new baby, find a home that made sense for us. He listened to every request we had and listened to me when I was having doubts about whether we were actually ready for this home. He found us a home within our budget and that checked off all of our boxes. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and he was with us every step of the way.
