Jim and his team are the absolute best! I reached out to him in December to sell my home (I am a military spouse who doesn't live in the area), and literally within a day he was able to call me, check out the house, and provide an accurate, honest evaluation of what we could sell it for. He has fantastic connections and his marketing strategy is 100% effective. We had a huge online presence and interest that translated into open houses with record turnouts. He and his team communicated with me every step of the way and made the process of selling our home very easy. He isn't like other realtors who are pushy or don't know their market well. His pricing strategy was so effective that even in this economy (buyers market), we were still able to secure an offer over asking.
