I don't have a lot of home buying experience since this was my first time, but Tom made the experience go smoothly. His experience as a agent goes beyond just simply facilitating communication between buyer and seller, he can notice problems or issues with houses and voice his concern to you based on past experiences. His experience in the home buying sector also has given him great contacts for people in the trades that could fix problems on houses, and that came in handy for the house that I purchased. All in all, I would have Tom as my agent again if I were to do this process again (maybe in the future).
