Kristin was very helpful and responsive along the way. Even with my wife and I being overseas, she helped us navigate the whole process and was always available even with the time difference!

We’ve been working with Kristen since 2018, when she helped us sell our townhouse, and once again she delivered a truly championship-level experience during our home purchase. Kristen is incredibly responsive, professional, and someone we trust completely. No matter the question or situation, she was always there for us — often replying faster than expected (usually with at least one exclamation point!). What really stands out is her mindset. She never jumps straight to “no,” or "probably not" but instead approaches everything with “let’s explore the options!” That persistence and dedication made a real difference throughout the process. Even when things became stressful, Kristen remained calm, positive, and steady under pressure. During our first home sale things went sideways when closing fell through ( other realtors fault). Her confidence and guidance helped keep everything moving forward. With this purchase everything that came back from inspections to weird utilities things she had us covered. Most importantly, Kristen is honest. No fluff, no sugarcoating — just the truth and genuine perspective when we needed it most. We’re incredibly grateful to have had her in our corner once again. Simply the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

Kristin and her team have been fantastic to work with. She has helped us purchase two properties and sell two properties and each time the process has been seamless and professional. We could not be happier with the outcome of each transaction she has helped us with.

She was magnificent My financer was in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. She waded through 50-60 pages of legal docs, My computer could not handle this load. She helped with a myriad of problems that arsose with the County, water company, home insurance & many others. She acted as a go-between the lender & the closing agent here in DeBary. I could not have managed all of this without her. She really stepped up. Thankyou.

We use Suzy for all our real-estate needs. She is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond.
