I work with Mirvate mostly on the buyers side, however I had the pleasure of working with her while she represented the sellers and I was on the buyers side. I had to go back several times and re-inspect repaired items, but what I did not know was the deal was already closed and she was still helping the sellers with the remaining repairs, going above and beyond. She was always available, coordinated with both parties and even offered to pay the re-inspection fee. From my perspective as an inspector, Mirvate made the whole process very easy and is a pleasure to work with!
