I met with Wendy for the first time late in the year, and due to work was unable to seriously continue the house hunt until early spring the following year. When I reached out to her again after such a long period of silence, she was very responsive, able to organize viewings at multiple properties the following weekend. Wendy also kept a look out herself for properties that she thought matched what I was looking for, and was able to fit them into viewing schedules she'd already made. She was also able to schedule things on short notice if it was a property I was particularly interested in, or if I wanted a second look at a property nearby during our tours. She walked through the properties with me, hitting on the things that worked well vs things that were less in line with my wants per property. Seperately from all that, I had just moved to Sarasota, and Wendy as a local was kind enough to give me great recommendations for all sorts of things in the area.
