We have bought and sold many properties over time and I have never (ever) met someone as adept and adroit at every conceivable aspect of the process, from initial planning and guiding us through what needs to be done to prepare the property for sale, through evidence-based pricing, the marketing, positioning, handling showings and interest, and then negotiating all steps through to a successful close where all parties exit the transaction feeling positively. I hope to never buy or sell another house in Florida, but if I do I know who I am calling!
Back at the end of March after unsuccessfully trying to sell my townhouse on Bayshore by myself I turned to Rick and Terry both of whom I have known since 1995. Along with several other agents from different companies that I interview they were by far the most creative And impressive of all the realtors. I felt very comfortable and in good hands and within a couple of days they had incredible advertising brochures of my home at the ready they explained every step to me what they needed from me and what paperwork I should gather up I highly recommend them. Mine is the third townhouse in my complex that they have sold. By the way they had a buyer for me after 10 days of the listing the closing was smooth and drama free.
