We have bought and sold many properties over time and I have never (ever) met someone as adept and adroit at every conceivable aspect of the process, from initial planning and guiding us through what needs to be done to prepare the property for sale, through evidence-based pricing, the marketing, positioning, handling showings and interest, and then negotiating all steps through to a successful close where all parties exit the transaction feeling positively. They did the best job at market pricing our home on the front end and provided a clear proposal with a detailed analysis of our home compared to other recent comps with adjustments up or down based on differences between our home and others.
