We have bought and sold many properties over time and I have never (ever) met someone as adept and adroit at every conceivable aspect of the process, from initial planning and guiding us through what needs to be done to prepare the property for sale, through evidence-based pricing, the marketing, positioning, handling showings and interest, and then negotiating all steps through to a successful close where all parties exit the transaction feeling positively.
