Eventually, when I narrowed down a town, she took me to several communities, introduced me to several builders and different communities, talked about the pros and cons of each, and always kept my priority list in mind, even when it changed. She went above and beyond during the sale, doing the walk thru, helping me with the inspection, reaching out to the sales people on my behalf, helping me negotiate and so much more.
